I started off my new year with a January 2 wedding for an incredible couple. Abbie and Tom are one of the most wonderful couples I’ve ever been around. They’re GOOD people. They’re faithful, loving, and nice to everyone. I couldn’t have dreamed of a better way to start 2015 than photographing their happy love.

I always think there’s something so romantic about a winter wedding and this one was no exception. Maybe it’s brides cuddling into their new husbands to escape the cold, maybe it’s the dull overcast that you can almost surely count on from an Indiana January sky, maybe it’s bridesmaids wrapped in scarves. Whatever it is, I’ve really become a sucker for a chilly wedding-and I think these pictures will turn you into a winter wedding fan too.
